Sí, se permite el acceso de perros de hasta 30 kg sin coste adicional. Deben ir acompañados por su dueño con la documentación en regla y viajar sujetos con correa corta y bozal, o dentro de un transportín. Por lo general, se ubicarán en tu misma zona o compartimento.

Our trains are historical trains, so they are not adapted for PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility). However, on some of them, depending on the track conditions and the services at the departure/destination stations, PRM access may be possible. Yes, our tourist trains are designed for all audiences. Children are welcome and, in many cases, the experience includes activities adapted for them. Children under 4 years old travel for free, but a zero-cost ticket must be obtained, always linked to an adult ticket. Only one baby per passenger is allowed. Children aged 4 to 11 have a child fare available. Please check the specific conditions for each train.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before departure to board the train calmly and enjoy the experience from the start. Boarding closes 5 minutes before the train departs.
